Guest Policies
– A 50% deposit will be collected at time of confirmed booking.
– No fees charged for bookings canceled within 4 hours of confirming the booking.
– Guests can modify their booking until 7 days before arrival for the same or higher price as their original booking.
– Guests can modify their booking only once within 30 days of arrival.
– Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
– Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 30 days of arrival.
– No-shows will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.
– 100% refunds are issued in the event of natural disasters and legally forced closures.
– Other exceptions to the 30-day cancellation window are made at the full discretion of the property’s management.
– All guests must be 18+ years old.
– Rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 adults each.
– In alignment with Canadian laws, smoking is restricted to the end of the driveway.
– Illegally smoking on property will result in a minimum $350 smoking fine, plus any required costs to cover property damages.
– Furry friends are welcome in the Salal and Yew suites.
– Pets are not allowed in the common guest areas.
– A $20 nightly pet fee applies and includes a pet treat with breakfast.
– Visitors are limited to a maximum 30-minute tour.
– Visitors are not allowed to use property amenities.
– The Salal suite and common lobby is wheelchair accessible.
– The beach is only accessible via an 85 foot tall staircase.
– We try to accommodate restrictions within our set menus.
– We do not have a kitchen that can guarantee allergen-free service for those with severe reactions.
– Our linens and laundry soap are hypoallergenic.
– Our duvets and pillows are feather free.
– Early check-in requests are not guaranteed.
– Complimentary luggage storage is available.
– We cannot accommodate late check-out requests.
